BIB and Race Kit

I can’t see my BIB number — what should I do?

Your BIB number will be sent to your registered email by the Organizing Committee before Race Kit collection day. Please:

  1. Check your registered email (including the Spam/Junk folder).
  2. Look up your BIB on the BIB Lookup page (released closer to the event).

If you still can’t find your information, please send your full name and registered email to marathontcbhn@sunriseevents.com.vn, or message us directly at m.me/TechcombankHaNoiMarathon. The Organizing Committee will check and assist you.

Where and when do I collect my BIB?

BIBs are distributed at the Race Kit Expo before race day.

  • Location: Marathon Village · Chu Huy Man Street, Phuc Loi Ward, Ha Noi
  • Friday, October 3, 2025: 9:00 – 20:00
  • Saturday, October 4, 2025: 8:00 – 20:00

When you arrive, please bring your QR code / registration confirmation email and a photo ID.

Can I exchange or transfer my BIB to someone else?

The BIB number is a personal identifier and cannot be transferred, sold or used by another person.

If a BIB is found being used by someone other than the registered athlete, race results may be disqualified and the athlete may be banned from future events.

If you need to update registration information, please email marathontcbhn@sunriseevents.com.vn with your name, registered email and the change requested. See Rules & Regulations for details.

Can someone else collect my Race Kit on my behalf?

Yes. The authorized person needs to bring:

  • The runner’s QR code / registration confirmation email
  • The authorized person’s photo ID

Athletes must collect Race Kits within the Expo timeframe set by the Organizing Committee. After this period the Organizing Committee will not accommodate late pickups, and any uncollected items are at the OC’s discretion.

What’s in the Race Kit? Will it be shipped to me?

A Race Kit typically includes:

  • BIB – race number
  • Timing device (attached to the BIB)
  • Race shirt
  • Items from event sponsors

Please note:

  • Race Kits are not shipped and the Organizing Committee does not arrange Race Kit delivery.
  • Athletes must collect in person at the Expo or authorize someone to collect on their behalf.
  • The shirt size selected during registration cannot be changed; the OC does not exchange shirt sizes at the Expo.

The Expo area also features merchandise stalls and event activities for athletes to explore.

Registration confirmation email

I haven’t received my registration confirmation email?

The confirmation email has been sent to the address you used during registration. Please check your Inbox and your Spam / Junk folder.

If you still haven’t received it, email marathontcbhn@sunriseevents.com.vn with:

  • Runner’s full name
  • Registered email
  • Description of the issue

The Organizing Committee will verify and resend the confirmation email.

I want to verify the email address on my registration?

Please email marathontcbhn@sunriseevents.com.vn with your name, registered email and what you need help with. The Organizing Committee will check and respond as soon as possible. You can also message us directly at m.me/TechcombankHaNoiMarathon.

Race apparel

Can I change my shirt size?

Shirt size is selected during registration and cannot be changed after registration is complete. Athletes should review the size chart in the registration form before selecting.

If you’d still like to change your size, you can:

  1. Update it in the system before the Organizing Committee’s change deadline.
  2. Ask at the Race Kit Expo (subject to remaining stock).

The Organizing Committee will try to help but cannot guarantee size availability and does not exchange shirt sizes at the Race Kit Expo.

When will the race shirt design be revealed? Is there a finisher shirt?

The official race shirt design will be released by the Organizing Committee on the website and fanpage closer to the event.

Finisher shirt:

  • Awarded to athletes who complete the Marathon (42KM) distance.
  • Distributed at the finish area in the order athletes complete the race.
  • If your preferred size is out of stock, the closest available size will be provided.

Can I buy the race shirt separately?

The race shirt is part of the Race Kit and is distributed at the Race Kit Expo before race day. The Organizing Committee does not sell race shirts separately as part of the standard registration package.

The Expo area may have official event merchandise available for athletes to browse.

Registration

Where do I register? Are there still spots available?

You can register at: https://in.njuko.com/tcb-hn-im-2026

Available distances:

  • Marathon (42KM)
  • Half Marathon (21KM)
  • 10KM
  • 5KM
  • Kids Run 3KM
  • Kids Run 1.5KM

Registration closes when slots are filled or when the Organizing Committee announces closure. We recommend registering early to secure your spot. See Registration fees for pricing details.

Can I register for someone else, or as a group?

Yes. Notes:

  • You can register for someone else — please ensure all athlete information is complete and accurate.
  • The Organizing Committee offers two formats: individual registration and group registration (corporates / running clubs). See Group registration for details.
  • Registration closes when slots are filled. The Organizing Committee does not maintain a waiting list.

Payment is processed online through the registration system using the methods displayed during checkout.

How do I confirm my registration was successful?

After successful registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the system including your registration details, the QR code for check-in, and event information.

If you don’t receive an email, send your runner name and registered email to marathontcbhn@sunriseevents.com.vn for the Organizing Committee to verify.

I can’t log in to my registration account?

Please send your runner name and registered email to marathontcbhn@sunriseevents.com.vn, or message us at m.me/TechcombankHaNoiMarathon. The Organizing Committee will check and assist.

Changing race distance

Can I change my race distance? When is the deadline?

Runners can change distance before the Organizing Committee’s update deadline. Rules:

  • Upgrading distance: the price difference must be paid.
  • Downgrading distance: the price difference is not refunded.

Changing registration information

I need to change my name / phone number / email — how?

Athletes can request changes to registration information per the event’s change policy. To do so:

  • Subject: Request to change registration information
  • Athlete’s full name
  • Registered email
  • Information to be changed

Notes:

  • Distance changes carry a fee per the OC’s policy. Upgrading requires payment of the difference; downgrading does not refund the difference.
  • After the OC’s change deadline, change requests are no longer supported.

Race results

Where can I view my results?

You can look up official race results at:

Just enter the athlete’s full name or BIB number to view finish time, ranking and detailed result information.

Results are recorded based on the timing chip attached to the BIB throughout the race, from the start line to the finish line.

My result looks wrong — can it be corrected?

You can submit a result review request to marathontcbhn@sunriseevents.com.vn with:

  • Registered email
  • Athlete’s full name
  • BIB number
  • Details of the issue

Per event regulations, result-related complaints must be submitted within the OC’s specified period after race day to be reviewed.

Is there a finisher certificate? How do I download it?

Athletes who complete the race within the cut-off time for their distance are recognized as finishers.

The finisher medal is awarded directly at the finish line as athletes complete the course.

Volunteers

I’d like to be a volunteer — where do I sign up?

The Organizing Committee recruits volunteers to help operate the event. Volunteer recruitment information and the registration form are released on the official website and fanpage closer to event day:

Volunteers typically receive:

  • A volunteer shirt
  • A certificate of participation
  • The experience of helping operate a major event
